Rock Runner Racing Puts Two Teams On The Podium

Cedar City, Utah (May 18, 2008)Rock Runner Racing was looking to return to the podium and strengthen their series standing at the second WE Rock Western Nationals event of the season. Joachim Schwiesow was back to his normal role of spotting for Brian Errea after missing the first event to attend a wedding. Jason Paule took Schiesow's place at the season opener, and he was back in the Pro Mod class for the second event of the season as well. This time Paule was driving for Hal Frost, who like Schwiesow before him had a wedding to attend. This was the first time that Rock Runner Racing teammates have gone head-to-head, and the battled each other for the win throughout the weekend.

When the dust had settled in Cedar City, Jason Paule and Nate Oyler placed second and Brian Errea and Joachim Schwiesow placed forth out of 25 teams. “The Pro Mod class is really hot this season,” Errea explained. “It is a driver's class, a quarter of the competitors run our Twisted Customs vehicles and we had three of the top four.” The natural terrain and difficult courses challenged vehicle and driver alike, but Rock Runner Racing never experienced any failures from their BFGoodrich tires, Spidertrax axles, Fox suspensions, or PSC steering components. “I am really proud of how well Jason did this weekend,” shared Rock Runner Racing team owner George Wadeson. “I think that he has really hushed the doubters that claim Jason needs rear steer to be competitive. I cannot wait until he unveils his new Unlimited buggy at the Grand Nationals.”

Live webcam and radio updates were provided my Pirate4x4.com, and additional media representing DirtSports magazine, Crawl, and WickedMag.com were also in Perris to capture the action. The event in Cedar City was such a success that WE Rock will be returning their next month for the third event in the Western Nationals. Of course Rock Runner Racing will be there as well and expect to be back on the podium again.
